Baroness Vere has written to Andrew following his recent question in the Commons on the north-south route strategic study (attached).

Andrew joined organiser Chris Harwood and volunteers to plant saplings and whips in Wardour near Tisbury at the weekend. The project aims to establish a wood of mixed indigenous trees. Andrew said;

Andrew has welcomed National Highway's update on its south coast to M4 strategic study. The definitive report, expected at the end of the year, will have big implications for major roads running through south and west Wiltshire. Dr Murrison said;

Andrew today asked transport minister Robert Courts for an update on his department's strategic study into designating a corridor between the south coast and the M4. The study is expected to report in September.

This afternoon Andrew presented his Healthcare (Delayed Discharges) Bill in the Commons.

Dr Murrison met trains minister Wendy Morton in the Commons on Monday to discuss local rail issues.

Included in the conversation were resolving the Tisbury loop, Tisbury train station and cuts to SWR direct services to London Waterloo.

Andrew today signed the book of support for the people of Ukraine in the House of Commons.

The former Foreign Office Minister said:
