Andrew's Pharmacy letter gets response from Boots

Andrew Murrison has received a reply from Boots’ boss Sebastian James in response to his letter about the chemist’s services in Warminster after a number of residents contacted him.

Andrew held a Teams meeting with bank hub approver LINK on Thursday to discuss access to banking in Westbury and Warminster. LINK has just approved a banking hub in Westbury which otherwise has no bank.

Andrew welcomes news of Westbury bank hub

Andrew has warmly welcomed the new that LINK, after assessing community need, will be establishing a banking hub in Westbury. The hub will be set up by bank-owned infrastructure company Cash Access UK.

Andrew Murrison has welcomed the inclusion of Wiltshire in the government's announcement of 'safety valve' funding for special needs following a bid by Wiltshire Council.

The authority is one of four councils sharing the money. Wiltshire is getting £67 million over 6 years.
