ANDREW SUPPORTS BIG BREW UP

Defence Minister Andrew Murrison MP took a break from his desk at the MOD to share a cuppa with SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity, today at MOD Main Building. 

The local MP met SSAFA boss and Wiltshire resident Lt Gen Sir Andrew Gregory and volunteers.

ANDREW WELCOMES HGV GRANT

Andrew Murrison has welcomed news this week from roads minister Richard Holden that the government will award over £150,000 in match funding to Markay Estate Warminster to improve life for HGV drivers.

Andrew spent the weekend in Düsseldorf as Minister for Defence People at the opening of the Invictus Games. He met TeamUK and chatted with athletes and supporters before meeting ministerial counterparts including Ukraine's Yulia Laputina. Andrew said;

Andrew welcomes industry experts to Trowbridge on Friday for Access to Finance hosted by Leon Millard at Elevate Online Marketing. It's being organised in partnership with the Federation of Small Businesses and the University of the West of England.

ANDREW PRONOUNCES WESTBURY GREY MARE WHITE HORSE AGAIN

On Friday Andrew Murrison was at Bratton Camp to view the transformation by English Heritage of Westbury’s iconic chalk carving from ‘Grey Mare’ back to ‘White Horse.’

The restoration work comes after a campaign to spruce up the much-loved local landmark.
