Andrew Murrison met with Cllr Bill Parks, officials and residents (pictured) on Friday to discuss heavy winter flooding at the Boreham, Woodcock, Bishopstrow Road junction, Warminster.
Mike Perry of Bishopstrow Parish Meeting called the site meeting which was an opportunity for the council to outline what it is doing to investigate how flooding on the unprecedented scale seem this winter can be avoided in the next.
Andrew said;
"There appears to be a relatively simple engineering solution that will help drain away excess water from the dip at the junction. I look forward to seeing plans mature and for works in advance of next winter.
