Heidi Alexander has followed up the local MP's request in the Commons with a letter (attached). In it Ms Alexander, who is aware of the Westbury issues as she is a Swindon MP, said the crucial Road Investment Strategy (RIS3) will be published later in the summer. Dr Murrison said;
"The A350 cannot form part of a North-South strategic route without a Westbury bypass. The town desperately needs its bypass in any event and I will continue to raise it at every opportunity."
