Andrew signs US-UK memorandum on Great War commemorations

Yesterday, Andrew signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Great War Centenary Commemorations with Vice-Chair of the United States World War One Centennial Commission, Edwin Fountain, at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
